Well just a year later I was getting error messages saying I was low on computer memory.  I could not believe that I would need to buy computer memory.  So I first took the computer in to be looked at to see if it truly needed a memory upgrade.  The tech got back to me and said that I really should buy a computer memory upgrade.  I was not truly out of computer memory but my current memory was faulty.  He said that if I were to buy the computer memory upgrade from him he would also be able to transfer all of my information and I would be ready to go.  So I agreed to buy the computer memory upgrade and have him transfer it all over for me.
