All memory carries a lifetime warranty for replacement. Burned or damaged memory cannot be returned. You may return any new memory for a refund provided that the memory is received by the Return Department within 30 days of the invoice date. If you are returning your memory for a refund and not a replacement you will be refunded the current selling price or your invoice price, which ever is lower. Any discrepancy in your shipment must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. We cannot be held responsible for compatibility problems or damage caused when installing memory.

Please use your Customer Purchase Order ID as your RMA Number. 95% of memory returned is actually good. Replacing your memory with another brand usually will fix the problem
- ___ CROSS SHIPPED-- Memory Man has already shipped me a replacement. I understand if my old memory is not received within 15 days after receipt of my replaced memory, my credit card will be charged the price of the memory.
- ___ REFUND-- I have returned this DEFECTIVE memory within 30 days.
- ___ REFUND-- I have returned this NON DEFECTIVE, MISORDERED memory within 30 days of the invoice date or I have been cross shipped a different type of memory. I understand that I will be refunded the current internet price or my invoice price, whichever is lower.
- ___ REPLACE-- Replace this DEFECTIVE memory under warranty, or exchange this with a different brand of the same product due to incompatibility.
